Alex Sood serves as General Counsel for Double Fusion as well as head of the company's operations and strategy in Asia. Sood joined Double Fusion from Bingham McCutchen LLP, where his practice focused on the representation of emerging technology companies. He also has extensive experience in the Venture Capital and Private Equity Sectors. Prior to his legal career, Sood was responsible for product development at a CKC, a ceramics materials company, developing products for application in the aerospace, defense and telecommunications sectors. Sood holds an Honors BA from the University of Toronto, studied business and government at Georgetown University, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. He is an active member of the state bar of California. |
