Mr. Nissim has served as Corporate Secretary of ICTS since January 1994 and became a member of the Supervisory Board in 2002.
Besides serving as President of ICTS USA since its inception, and being on boards of affiliated companies, he is also the Chairman and CEO of Pioneer Commercial Funding and an officer and director of Tuffy Associates Corp.
Prior to joining ICTS, Mr. Nissim was President of Carolina Energy Corporation and an officer of American Express Bank. |
