Albert S. Waxman has served as Board Chair for CareGuide since April 1998. Dr. Waxman is the founder and Senior Managing Director of Psilos Group Managers, LLC. Through his activities at Psilos, Dr. Waxman is chairman and/or a director of several Psilos companies including: Active Health Management, Comprehensive NeuroScience, Inc., HealthEdge, and Health Hero Network. In addition to his current Psilos responsibilities, Dr. Waxman serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the New York City Investment Fund. Prior to Psilos, Dr. Waxman served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Merit Behavioral Care and its predecessor companies until the company was acquired in February 1998. Prior to that, Dr. Waxman founded and served as President, Chairman and CEO of Diasonics, Inc. Dr. Waxman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York and Master and Doctoral degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Princeton University. |
