Mr. Kestenbaum has served as a director of Wolverine since February 24, 2007. Mr. Kestenbaum has been Executive Vice President and a Director of Marco and Marco Hi-Tech JV LLC, a raw material and ingredient distribution company serving the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industry since 2003. Mr. Kestenbaum founded and has been the chief executive officer of Marco International Corp., an international finance and trading company specializing in metals, minerals and raw materials, since 1985. From June 1999 to June 2001, Mr. Kestenbaum served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aluminium.com a provider of online metal trading services.
