Alan Kahn is Executive Vice President of Central Parking System and oversees operations in the corporation’s national and international markets. In the United States, Alan is responsible for the Midwest-Great Lakes region, the Washington DC region and the Denver region, in addition to the Eastern Canadian and European operations.
Alan joined Central in 1982 as an Area Manager in Denver upon graduation from the University of Colorado with a BS in Business Finance. He rapidly rose through the managerial ranks serving both as a General and Regional Manager. In 1996, Alan was made Senior Vice President of the European Operations where he was responsible for building the platform for the corporation’s European business. Mr. Kahn returned to the United States in 2000 and is based in Chicago.
Alan is on the Executive Board of the National Parking Association and is a member of the Chicago chapter of the Urban Land Institute, Chicago Development Council, BOMA and the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association. |
