Mr. Frazier has served as a member of our board of directors since March 2006. In 1991, Mr. Frazier founded Frazier Healthcare Ventures, a venture capital firm, and has served as the managing partner since its inception. From 1983 to 1991, Mr. Frazier served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Immunex Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company. From 1980 to 1983, Mr. Frazier was a principal in the Audit Department of Arthur Young & Company, which is now Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Frazier is a member of the board of directors of Alexza Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded pharmaceutical company. Mr. Frazier received a B.A. in economics from the University of Washington. |
