Alan Friedman is a partner in the Los Angeles firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, and represents private and public employers in all aspects of labor relations and labor and employment law. He is a past president of the Labor Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, he received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University Law School, and an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Friedman served in the office of the Solicitor of the U.S. Department of Labor, with extensive work in labor relations and civil rights law. |
