Has served as a member of our board of directors and chairman of our audit committee since September 2004. Mr. Earhart is currently an independent consultant and has been a retired partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP since 2001. From 1970 to 2001, Mr. Earhart held a variety of positions with Coopers & Lybrand and its successor entity, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, including most recently the position of Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers' Silicon Valley office. Mr. Earhart also serves on the boards of directors and as chairman of the audit committees of Foundry Networks and Quantum Corporation. Mr. Earhart holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Oregon. |
