Mr. Alan L. Earhart has been an independent consultant since 2001. From 1970 to 2001, Mr. Earhart held a variety of positions with Coopers & Lybrand and its successor entity, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an accounting and consulting firm, including most recently as the Managing Partner for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Silicon Valley office. Mr. Earhart also serves on the board of directors and as Chairman of the audit committees of Foundry Networks, Inc. and of Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. and on the board of directors and the audit committee of Network Appliance, Inc. |
