Al is a seasoned manager with 27 years of experience in commercial, retail and residential real estate. He currently manages the Great Point Investors portfolio of seven office buildings at Solomon Pond Park in Marlborough, Massachusetts, along with four other investor owned properties, in Norwood, Lowell and Framingham, Massachusetts. In addition, Al provides real estate management consulting services to the Dial Corporation of Scottsdale, Arizona and RR Donnelly of Chicago, Illinois concerning their Massachusetts properties. Al has earned an MA in City Planning from the University of Rhode Island and also holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. |
