Mr. Karim has been a director of the Company since October 21, 1998. He served as a Vice President of Tidelands from October 21, 1998 to June 27, 2005. He is a graduate of Simon Fraser University. He holds a degree in Business Administration, specializing in marketing and international business. Since 1995 his business experience includes work with Quest Investments Group and Interworld Trade and Finance where his responsibilities included marketing, finance and investor relations. Mr Karim has also been a partner in Opus Networks which specialized in marketing ,corporate finance and advisory management for private and public companies. Mr. Karim has over 12 years experience in corporate communications, raising capital and management consulting for publicly traded companies. |
