Mr. Adiv Baruch is the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pinpoint Advance Corp. Until November 2006, Mr. Baruch was the President and Chief Executive Officer of BOS Better On-Line Solutions Ltd, a company publicly traded on both NASDAQ and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (BOSC). In addition, Mr. Baruch is actively involved as the Chairman of the Israeli Export Institute Hi-Tech and Telecom Division. Prior to joining BOS, Mr. Baruch served as Executive Vice President, Business Development of Ness Technologies, the largest IT firm in Israel, and is considered one of the founding members of the company. Mr. Baruch is also a former partner and active director of IPEX, acquired by Ness. Mr. Baruch has served in the capacity of founder, executive, and director for several IT companies and Internet start-ups, and was significantly involved in the M&A process and in assisting these companies in their global expansion. |
