As the director of Nordblom's commercial property and asset management division, Adele oversees the team responsible for the management of over 6 million square feet of downtown and suburban commercial real estate and has direct asset management responsibility of over 2 million square feet at Network Drive and Northwest Park in Burlington, Massachusetts. Adele is responsible for ensuring that the properties are managed in accordance with Nordblom's client's goals and objectives, and that tenants are treated professionally. Adele's expertise includes commercial property management, asset management, lease negotiation, administration and budgeting. Adele has over 20 years of commercial real estate property and asset management experience and received her MBA from Henley University in the UK. |
