Adam practices corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies in a full range of matters including public offerings and private placements of securities; asset-backed securities; real estate investment trusts; venture capital investments; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; and general securities law reporting and compliance. He has represented issuers and investors in both the initial securitization and re-securitization stages of numerous RMBS and ABS transactions.
