Mr. Lyons is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Albuquerque office and a member of the firm's Litigation Group. Mr. Lyons’s practice encompasses commercial litigation, construction, telecommunications, employment and First Amendment Free Exercise and Free Speech issues. His work includes drafting written and oral arguments in federal and state litigation, work on private and public construction contracts, fraud allegations and defending against employee lawsuits. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Lyons was an associate with Drinker, Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia. |
