Adam Deutsch is a partner at Eimer Stahl Klevorn & Solberg LLP. He has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, toxic tort cases, class action securities fraud cases, and antitrust matters. Representative cases include the following: Defending CITGO Petroleum Corporation in an investigation of gasoline pricing practices by the Federal Trade Commission. Representing CITGO Petroleum Corporation in a price fixing action against various harbor pilots in Louisiana. Defending a major supplier of gasoline in a series of antitrust cases brought by gasoline retailers in Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Representing the National League of Cities and the United States Conference of Mayors in a lawsuit brought by the City of Chicago and County of Cook against several gun manufacturers, distributors, and dealers. Before joining Eimer Stahl, Adam was an associate with the Chicago office of Sidley & Austin. Adam received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 1996, and received an undergraduate degree with High Honors from Rutgers University in 1993. |
