Aaron is a Senior Associate of Cliffwater LLC. Prior to joining Cliffwater in October of 2006, Aaron was a Securities Compliance Examiner with the SEC where he managed audits of investment advisors, investment companies and hedge funds advisors. He was responsible for evaluating compliance programs and investment operations of small advisors to large investment companies. Aaron also worked on implementing internal hedge fund training for SEC staff. Prior to the SEC, Aaron served in the U.S. Coast Guard for five years as an operations officer where he coordinated search and rescue and law enforcement operations in the Gulf Coast and the Caribbean. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi. Aaron is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Los Angeles. |
