The group's principal activity is to provide commercial banking services and personal and business checking accounts and time deposits, money market accounts and regular savings accounts. The group has two reportable segments namely, community banking and mortgage banking. The group's lending activities are oriented to the small-to-medium sized business, high net worth individuals, professional practices and consumer and retail customers living and working in the group's market area of Somerset and Morris counties in New Jersey.
