The group's principal activity is to design, manufacture and market power electronics, power motion, power protection equipment teleprotection and specialized communication equipment. The group operates through four business segments: condor dc power supplies, teal electronics, sl montevideo technology and rfl electronics. Condor produces a wide range of standard and custom power supply products. Power supplies are also used in drive systems for electric equipment and other motion control systems. Teal designs and manufactures customized power conditioning and power distribution units. Sl-mti designs and manufactures intelligent, high power density precision motors. Rfl designs and manufactures teleprotection products/systems used to protect electric utility transmission lines and apparatus by isolating faulty transmission lines from a transmission grid. The group has operations in California, Minnesota and New Jersey.
