The group principal activity is to operate independent off-price shoe stores, which offer a broad selection of women's and men's designer label and branded merchandise. As at 03-Jan-2004, the group operated 85 retail stores including its Internet store in the states of California, Washington and Oregon. It offers quality designer and name brand footwear under 75 brand names such as converse, anne klein 2, reebok, skechers and nine west diesel, fila, ralph lauren, rockport, steve madden, vans and via spiga. The group purchases inventories from domestic and international vendors and independent resellers. The stores operate under the trade names shoe pavilion and shoe pavilion designer shoe warehouse.
