The services of the group include regional outsourced trucking, time definite transportation, dedicated delivery and other services. It operates a network of terminals in the southeast and midwest United States. It offers a 24 hour, seven day a week call center allowing the customer immediate status of shipments in transit. Shipment tracking is available for customers via a custom designed Web site and carrier links and also provides tracking and service failure reports. In 2003, it acquired bullet freight systems of miami inc, bullet freight systems of palm beach inc, bullet freight system inc, bullet courier service inc, bullet freight systems of orlando inc, b.c.s. Transportation inc, dasher express inc and in 2004, it acquired frontline freight and express-1.
