The group's principal activities are to supply instant tickets, systems and services to lotteries and supply of wagering systems and services to pari-mutuel operators. It operates under four-business groups: lottery group, pari-mutuel group, venue management group and telecom products group. Lottery group provides integrated lottery service, on-line lottery systems, instant tickets and related facilities management, cooperative services and programs to lottery authorities. Pari-mutuel group provides systems and services to horse and greyhound racetracks, off-track betting operations, casinos, jai alai frontons. Venue management group is licensed operator for all pari-mutuels wagering in the Netherlands. Telecom products manufactures prepaid phone cards. During the year 2003, the group acquired mdi entertainment, inc.
