Currently, the group operates through 197 service centers in North America and Europe. The customers of the group include swimming pool remodelers and builders, retail swimming pool stores and swimming pool repair and service companies. On 06-May-2003, the group acquired Les Industries R.P. Inc, Sud Ouest Filtration (SOFI) on Aug-2003 & on 01-Oct-2003, it acquired the distribution divisions of Litehouse Products, Inc.
