The group's principal activity is to operate wireless communication towers in the United States and Puerto Rico. The group operates principally in three business segments: site development construction, site development consulting and site leasing. The site development segment offers assistance in developing own networks, designing a network, acquiring locations to place antennas and, obtaining zoning approvals, building towers and installing antennas. The site leasing segment leases antenna space on towers and other structures. As on 31-Dec-2003 the group owned 3,093 towers. The major customers include at&t wireless, bechtel corporation, cingular wireless, general dynamics, nextel, sprint pcs, t-mobile and verizon wireless.
