The group’s principal activity is owns a patented grocery cart advertising display device called the last word(R) that attaches to supermarket shopping carts. The group also entered into a joint participation agreement with CBS Radio and TV wherein CBS will offer stores free advertising and then sell Radio, TV and the last word (TM) advertising to product manufactures who sell their products in the stores. The group operates from the United States, Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
