The group's principal activities are to explore and develop oil and gas properties. The group evaluates and develops coalbed methane reserves as well as shallow oil reserves within the state of Wyoming. As of 31-Dec-2003, the group owns 11,878 acres in thirteen different leases within converse, crook, johnson and sheridan counties. On 01-Jun-2004, the group acquired s & s drilling.
