The services of the group include secured and unsecured commercial loans to professional and community based businesses, checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and time deposits. The group also provides safe deposit services, debit and automatic teller machine cards, savings bonds, cashier's checks, travelers' checks, notary services and other services. At 31-Dec 2003, the group operated ten banking offices and two consumer finance lending office serving western Oregon and clark county in southwest Washington state. In 2003 the group acquired coos bay consumer finance office of citifinancial.
