The products include visual writer system, win sentry, zoomer and childwatch. In Sept 2002, the group announced its intention to enter the professional employer organization (peo) industry. In addition, it plans to provide administrative service organization (aso) services. The group will provide human capital management solutions to small business clients within the United States. Subsequent to 31-Dec-2002, it acquired two peo organizations and one aso organization. Through the peo/aso business unit, the group will provide a broad range of products and services that provide an outsourced solution for the clients' human resources needs. In Apr 2003, it acquired benecorp business services inc, asmara, inc and nsc llc.
