It operates through two operating divisionssegments: ctu and multiband usa. Ctu provides integrated voice, video, data networking and computer technologies products and services. Multiband usa provides voice, data, and video services to residential multi-dwelling units. On 02-Apr-2004, the group acquired Minnesota digital universe inc and on 12-Apr-2004, satellite broadcast corporation and affiliates.
