The group's principal activity is to explore, develop and produce oil and gas offshore in the gulf of Mexico and onshore in the gulf coast region. The oil and gas operations include oil and gas exploration, development and production principally in the gulf of Mexico and the gulf coast region. As of 01-Jan-2004, the group owned or controlled interests in 52 oil and gas leases in the gulf of Mexico and onshore Louisiana and Texas covering approximately 201,000 gross acres. The group operates only in the United States.
