This business is provided with an effective revenue management tool, which enables them to identify and capture incremental income, liquidate surplus inventories and capitalize on their excess capacity. The barter trade exchange operates in the United States and Canada. On 01-Apr-2003, the group discontinued its printing and graphics businesses. During 2003 the group acquired tradecorp and barternet. On 29-Mar-2004 the group acquired California barter exchange of modesto and on 22-Jul-2004 the group acquired barter network inc.
