The group's principal activity is to provide oil and gas production enhancement services. The group operates in two segments: oil field services and oil and gas production. The oil field services segment is directed at maintaining and enhancing production obtained from oil and gas wells and currently has operations in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Wyoming. The oil and gas production segment has acquired interest in producing properties in Kansas and undeveloped leasehold in Wyoming of which a portion have been developed into producing properties. The group also operates a wastewater treatment facility on a limited basis. The group provides services associated with drilling and completion of oil and gas wells, including cementing, acidizing, fracturing, nitrogen pumping and water hauling.
