Government communications systems segment conducts advanced research studies, develops prototypes and designs, develops and produces state-of-the-art airborne, spaceborne and terrestrial communications, information processing equipment and systems. Rf communications supply secure wireless voice and data communications products, systems and networks. Microwave communications supply digital microwave and millimeter-wave radios. Broadcast communications provide transmission, automation, studio and network management equipment and systems. On 06-Jul-2004, the group acquired orkand corporation.
