The group's principal activities are the real estate business and to provide landscape nursery operations. The group operates in two business segments: landscape nursery segment and real estate segment. The landscape nursery segment includes growing containerized landscape products for garden center operators and landscape nursery mass merchandisers. The largest portion of container-grown product consists of broadleaf evergreens, including azaleas and rhododendron, juniper and deciduous shrubs. The real estate business is comprised of the ownership, construction and management of commercial and industrial properties and the development of residential subdivisions.
