The group's principal activities are exploration, exploitation, development and production of oil and natural gas properties. A majority of proved oil and natural gas reserves are in the transition zone of south Louisiana and in north Louisiana, the gulf coast of Texas and east Texas. The group owns working and overriding royalty interests in 85 active oil and gas wells located in 22 fields in four states.
