The group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture, market and service semiconductor wafer inspection products and process management software products to the global semiconductor industry. The group also supplies wafer probers. The group's activities are divided into three divisions: prober products, inspection products and egsoft software products. The wafer prober product line consists of horizon 4000 series, the eg4/200, eg5/300, eg5/300e and eg4/200e. Inspection product line includes the quicksilver series, which are designed for automated inspection of the wafers after the completion of the manufacturing process. Egsoft's software products division provides software tools and solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.
