The main products of the group include digital subscriber line modems, mp3 players and mp3 modules for notebook PC's. As on 31-Jul-2001 the group acquired onlinetel, inc. Subsequent to 31-Dec-2001 the group intends to sell 53% interest in k-tronik int'l corporation and 100% interest in vision unlimited equipment inc. And its subsidiaries. Electronic communication products accounted for 58% of fiscal 2001 revenues; electronic ballasts, 33%; fluorescent lights, 8% and voip services, 1%.
