The company's principal activities are to explore, develop, produce and market crude oil and natural gas. The operations of the company are concentrated in green river basin in southwestern Wyoming, the powder river basin in northeastern Wyoming. The company has operations in the washakie basin in south central Wyoming, the wind river basin in central Wyoming and the christmas meadows area in northeastern Utah. As of 31-Dec-2003, the company owned interests in a total of 421 producing wells with oil constituting 7 percent and natural gas constituting approximately 33 percent.
