The group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market biodegradable surgical implants that aid in the reconstruction, repair and regeneration of bones. The group is also developing additional products for use in spinal fusion procedures, neurosurgery plating, long-bone repair, healing of non-union fractures and cyst or tumor removal site repair, among other things. The products of the group are marketed in the United States and in Europe.
