The group's principal activity is to explore and develop mineral properties. Mineral properites of the group include gold, copper, zinc and other precious metal. The group is based in Canada with operations in Africa, Canada, greenland, Norway and the Philippines and controls seven producing mines. Copper accounted for 40% of fiscal 2002 revenues; zinc, 16%; antimony gold, 15%; coal, 14% & flurospar & other minerals, 15%.
