The group's principal activity is to supply water throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. The group supplies water to over 86,750 customers in 42 towns through 4 regulated subsidiaries. The group also offers related services on a contract basis to other water utilities, communities, businesses and homeowner associations through a number of unregulated subsidiary companies and through a joint venture with a well pump service provider.
