The group's principal activities are acquisition, development, production and exploration of oil and natural gas properties. The group's oil and natural gas operations are concentrated in the east Texas/ north Louisiana, gulf of Mexico, southeast Texas and south Texas regions. The group also has properties in the Illinois basin region in Kentucky and in the mid-continent regions located in the Texas panhandle, Oklahoma and Kansas.
