The group conducts its business in three segments: paperboard packaging, plastic packaging and land development. The paperboard packaging segment manufactures and markets corrugated products, folding cartons, leaflets, labels and rigid fiber boxes primarily for pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food, household, multimedia and technology. The plastic packaging segment designs and manufacturers plastic containers, bottles, preforms and closures primarily to agrochemicals, beverages, pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry. The land development markets land for residential and commercial development, real estate investment and land conservation. The group operates in the United States and in Europe. In 2004, the group discontinued land development segment.
