The group's principal activity is to provide commercial and personal banking services to businesses and consumers. As a holding company for the bank of the cascades, the group accepts checking, money market, and time deposit accounts and provides commercial, real estate and consumer loans. These loans include commercial real estate loans, construction and development loans, commercial and industrial loans as well as consumer installment, lines-of-credit and home equity loans. Lending activities serve small to medium-sized business, professional and consumer accounts. The federal deposit insurance corporation insures the group's deposits. Trust and investment services provided by the group include living and testamentary trust, asset and financial management and fiduciary services. Non banking services consist of cash management, lock box, Internet banking and electronic bill payment. On 01-Jan-2004, the group acquired community bank of grants pass.
