The group's principal activity is to operate medical imaging systems, healthcare imaging and rehabilitation services and medical infectious waste business. The group manufactures and sells medical diagnostic assays and controls for therapeutic drug monitoring used to assess medication efficacy and safety of therapeutic drug in human bodily fluids. The services provided include breast care for patients through all imaging and diagnostic services in-house, including X-ray mammography, screening ultrasound, ultrasound, stereotactic biopsies, as well as performing bone densitometry to monitor osteoporosis. The products manufactured include sterimed(R) system that destroys biomedical waste into tiny pieces and exposes it to a disinfecting solution called ster-cid(r). During fiscal 2003, the group disposed strax institute business.
