The group's principal activity is to provide retail and commercial banking services in the state of Ohio. It is a holding company for the commercial and savings bank. It accepts checking and savings accounts and time deposits and offers personal loans, commercial loans, real estate mortgage loans and installment loans. Construction loans are secured by residential and business real estate that generally will be occupied by the borrower on completion. The commercial and savings bank is a member of the federal reserve system and its deposits are insured by the federal deposit insurance corporation. The other services offered are iras, safe deposit facilities, night depository facilities and trust services. The group provides financial services through its main office and eight branches located in millersburg, Ohio and nearby communities.
