The group's principal activities are to develop, manufacture and market diagnostic test products and proprietary medical-grade hydrophilic polyurethane foam disposables. These products are designed for medical, diagnostic, dental and consumer use. The products include oralscreen (TM), an oral fluid-based, rapid on-site assay system for detecting drugs of abuse. Hairscreen(tm), is a hair-based test that detects both short and long-term drug abuse. The child guard(tm) tests provide the ability to detect a child's exposure to drugs and possible drug abuse through testing of a child's hair. The group also operates a certified laboratory and provides specialized drug testing services primarily utilizing hair and meconium as the samples. On 16-Dec-2003, the group disposed its wholly owned subsidiary, United States drug testing laboratories, inc.
