The group's oil and gas operations are conducted through its subsidiary, avenue energy inc ('avenue energy'). Avenue energy operates predominantly in the republic of turkey, where it has entered into agreements with the sayer group. Pursuant to these agreements, avenue energy currently has a 50% interest in the karakalise licenses and has options to acquire similar interests in 31 other oil and gas properties in turkey. The group's oil and gas exploration and development, e-commerce and digital media businesses are conducted through its operating subsidiaries avenue energy inc, stampville.com and videodome.com networks inc. The group is a development stage enterprise with limited sales.
