The group's principal activities are classified into three business segments: transportation services, waste management services and golf and related operations. The transportation services segment provide transportation of hazardous and nonhazardous waste, transportation of general and bulk commodities and the brokerage and management of transportation services. The transportation services are provided to industrial, commercial, municipal and governmental customers primarily in selected northeastern and midwestern United States market. Waste management services assist customers with managing and disposing of wastes at approved treatment and disposal sites based on customer's needs. Golf and related operation segment owns and operates a pete dye designed championship golf course located in warren, Ohio.
