The risk management services segment primarily represents the group's third-party administration, loss control and risk management consulting and insurance property appraisal operations. The financial services segment is responsible for the management of the group's diversified investment portfolio. In 2004, the group acquired edwin m. Rollins, inc, specialty advisory services inc, burch marcus pool krupp daniel, babineaux inc, johnsey insurance agency inc, health care insurers inc and strategix, inc.
